For individuals who hadn't faced any mental hardships, the pandemic has caused them to ponder into a world of mental dilemmas. Most of us don't know when we'll return back to work or school and just the thought of that causes a tremendous amount of anxiety of uncertainty. We are trapped in a world where everything revolves around this virus. We open our phones and all we see are headlines about it. It is the new norm and although it is important to be wary of precautions that must be taken to stop the spread of the coronavirus, it is okay to take a step back. Choose a new hobby, read a book, watch a movie, go for a run, meditate, or facetime your friends. Stepping away from everything that is going on will help you manage the amount of stress you may be facing and will have significant positive effects on your mental well-being.
